ArtifactResolutionSpec
A relator/specification that identifies bytes for an application concern by naming a target artifact, a mesh-local file path string, a specific LocatedFile, or another explicit packaged target together with optional requested state, mode, expected digest, fallback spec, and observations. At least one concrete target should normally be provided, but this ontology does not enforce that cardinality directly.
