<p>On the semantic web, resources (things you might want to talk about with RDF statements) are identified with Internationalized Resource Identifiers. Traditionally, IRIs don't necessarily LOCATE a resource, i.e., if you put them in a web browser, they don't necessarily return content.</p>
<p>But with <a href="/sflo/notes/semantic-flow-site">Semantic Flow sites</a>, all <a href="/sflo/notes/mesh-resource">mesh resources</a> IRIs return a web page. </p>

## What Is Semantic Flow?

**Semantic Flow** is a framework for managing and publishing resource identifiers, knowledge graphs and other semantic data by leveraging GitHub, Gitlab, and other free static hosting services. It enables a **dereferenceable Semantic Web** where every HTTP IRI returns meaningful content.
