ResolvedConfig
Derived resolver output for a scope after application defaults, runtime gates, config-resolution policy, authored mesh/Knop config, inherited projections, referenced config sources, and validated request-level inputs have been applied. ResolvedConfig is output state, not trusted input and not authoritative authored mesh config.
